Founded by Amy Thieme, The Lab was born from a vision to create more than just a workspace. Amy, a passionate advocate for community, creativity, and conscious impact, opened The Lab with the intention of supporting nonprofits, social entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven individuals in a welcoming, rural setting.

At The Lab, our mission is simple: to inspire creativity and collaboration in a safe, inclusive space. We believe great ideas deserve room to grow, and even greater people deserve a supportive environment to grow them in.
